We provide the services described on this Site. Estimates provided through this Site or by phone are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment of the work required. Final pricing will be confirmed with you before service begins.

Scheduling and Communication

By submitting a form, calling, or texting us, you authorize us to contact you by phone, email, or text message regarding your inquiry, scheduled service, and related updates. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Estimates and Pricing

  • Estimates provided before an on-site visit are based on the information you provide
  • Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work, property size, and condition
  • We will communicate any change in pricing before performing additional work

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Weather may require us to reschedule outdoor work; we will reach out to coordinate a new time. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future scheduling priority.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or upon completion of service, unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking.

Reviews and Feedback

We may invite you to leave a review of our service. Any review you submit is your own opinion. We do not pay for or fabricate reviews.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite exterior makeover is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be limited by law.
